4. The system parameters are not optimized, and the abnormal operation of the motor leads to the machining accuracy. In the process of repairing a machine tool, part of the treatment often affects the zero offset and the change of voids. After the faults are processed, adjustments and corrections must be made. On the other hand, because the mechanical wear is severe or the connection position is loose, parameters may be measured. The value of the change, the need to make appropriate changes to the parameters in order to meet the requirements of machining precision.
