The positioning head and the probe are equipped with cemented carbide, in order to increase the wear resistance of the gauge to improve its service life. The gauge uses standard bodies made in D+δ and D-δ dimensions, respectively, during the scribe line and during use. Its structural form is the shape of the inner hole of the product. As shown in Figure 5.

It can scribe and proof the gage, especially for the case that some inner holes have special structures such as taper, which is convenient for the manufacture and proofreading of the gage to reduce the measurement error.

Another advantage of the gauge is that it is possible to change the gauge range by changing the pin position, which is evident by the L/Lx ratio relationship. This is convenient for operating the gage, especially for small tolerance sizes.

4. Conclusion

Through the design of these three measuring tools, the advantages of the special measuring tools are highlighted in the accurate measurement, convenient operation, fast determination, improved processing efficiency and reduced measurement assistance time. At the same time, it should be pointed out here that the special measuring tools mostly determine whether the measured size is within the deviation, and can not give the operator an intuitive value, so it is required to check the measuring tool frequently in production to prevent measurement errors. In addition, in some actual measurements, some controversial products (such as pointer crimping or reticle coincidence) still need some general gauges to measure the specific values; to determine whether the product is qualified, to prevent the outflow of the worst products. Process. This is something that needs special attention.
